17 million budget for this film?

It is a pretty weak horror film, and made far worse by the fact that it somehow had a 17 MILLION dollar budget. That is just hard to believe.

Yeah... I don't see where the hell the money went to. I was going to figure maybe $4 or $5 million, max.

The CGI looked cheap and it stars a bunch of nobodies. Not an awful movie but it wasn't goo either.

Ethan Embry isn't a nobody. And for 2002, the CGI wasn't bad at all.

Wow - that is crazy. These days this would be $5 million, $6 million tops.

I thought it was meant to be some kind of project to make a horror film with under $1 million budget.
Yeah, the budget is way too high...
