Hilarious film from start to end, really enjoyed the mentally challenged people they got in to play the part of actors. The dubbing was clearly done by a blind man. Greatest line:

Doctor: Do you think there is anyone that can help us?
Aid Worker: errrr...well there are people without legs, so....no..I don't think they can help.
Doctor: Oh.

In addition at around 57 minutes in, one of the aforementioned mentally challenged aid workers laughs out loud as she forgets her line and genuinely questions why on earth she partook in the project.
