Pros and Cons?

I watched a clip of this movie on YouTube, and I kinda liked what I saw (it was the encounter between Shanti and Kaa). I'm planning on getting this DVD (when it goes to the super-cheap bin), but I kinda want to hear y'all's opinions on the movie first.

And, yes, I did read through other posts on this board, but they were too "OMG I HATE DIS MOVIE OMG!!!!!1111" for my tastes...so, if you reply, please don't do any senseless bashing! Explain why you like or (as probably is the case) dislike this movie.
