Im truly amazed that adults can sit here and call Disney movies due to the simple fact that they are not aimed at this age group. These films are specificly made for children! Therefore if an adult watches one of these films it's because they have children to watch them with. I watched this film with my 3 year old daughter and it actually made her cry! She was so upset that Mowgli was leaving Baloo towards the end and it shocked me as she had never cried at a film before. She was very happy to see that everything was ok in the end. Im not going to rate this movie as i know it's only make believe but im sure my daughter would give it 10/10!

Your hatred of this movie does no mean you can insult someone and his daughter because she liked the jungle book 2.

You must be a very weak person indeed to take a shot at a 3 year old.

what the hell is wrong with the above person jungle book 2 is great okay so it isnt as great as the first my favirote ever movie but it had good points.

My wife and I loved the jungle book 2 and found it better than the original version. Our 3 year old boy loves both equally.

I really don't understand what people have against this nice sequel. What is the big deal about the absence of King louie character (though I liked him in original) or factual errors like hippos dancing in Indian jungle?

Animations are great and new characters like Lucky the vulture and Ranjan the kid are hilarious. The entire movie is a treat to watch. Don't listen to the so called critics and watch it if you like animation movies. You won't be disappointed.

I think the main problem that people have with Disney sequals is that they grew up with the originals, and they hate to see something change. I mean, they really don't make kids' movies like they used to. There's nothing wrong with change, but that is why some people get up-in-arms whenever there's a "bad" Disney sequal. I'll admit, I'm not a fan of many of these sequals, but there's nothing wrong with today's children liking them. I still can always watch the original on my DVD player.

I totally appreciate the OP likes it, but I will say I didn't. I love the original, and I just didn't think because of the plot and the scripting that it was a worthy sequel. However there is a good voice cast, some attempts at humour and average animation. I gave it a 4 out of 10.
