Who is left in New York City?

I would LOVE to see a complimentary film that takes place in the Big Apple - how would that community address the same situation? We've only watched 27 minutes of EStWE - maybe they make contact with the East Coast? They could stop in Kansas City where I live! I might be dead, but hey, we have a stocked pantry.
