In the season 2 episode Reality Check she showed she has more power than we thought. Does anyone else think that they may have been heading in the direction of having Emma turn evil and be very powerful. Similar to what they did in Buffy with Evil Willow storyline. Oh well just a thought. It would have been cool though.

It would have been cool, it's a shame that she left the show or got fired. Liked her character and in my opinion she was sexier than Victoria Pratt.

shareThere was an explosion (I can't remember where or when, I didn't see the episode) and Emma was sadly killed. I was devastated when I found that out. She was such a cool character. I could totally see her turning evil.

At the end of season 2 there was a massive explosion that killed her. I think in the beginning of season 3 or possibly the last episode of season 2, I forget which, they found her body lying in the sand outside outside the building. She never returned after that but Adam Kane (played by John Shea) does return in season 3.

shareBecause the Mutant X ring slipped from her finger. It only does by itself when the person is dead.
And the explosion happened at the last ep of season 2 in the company of Shalimar's father. At the first ep of season 3 you see her laying on a litter (okay you just see her arm, everything else is covered) and then the ring slipped from her finger.
Oh and Lauren Lee Smith got fired because she wanted to have more money and the powers that be weren't agreed with this. (As far as I know)
Her career move from this show, was a good idea, I liked the character, she's a good actress, and went on to better roles.
shareher body is "found" in the first episode of season 3, though it is not shown (covered with a blanket) therefore the actress was already out in the beginign if season 3.
