What did he do in summer?
Just wondering what van did in the summer when everybody else had gone home? Didnt think he'd be allowed to live on campus either
shareBeen to college? Summers are the same as the rest of the year. There's classes, and the frat and sorority houses are still relatively occupied. Parties continue year round.
You must be thinking of high school?
In Britain its a different culture. we finish in may/june then dont come back to classes til late sept/october

Yep, in the U.K. you’re basically kicked out off campus for the long Summer holiday, sometimes Easter too in my experience. The College I went to, holidays were used for short courses or overseas students, so they needed the rooms.
