How is it that a young and seemingly fit man, Herbert runs out of oxygen hours before the other 2? Does he breathe more air than the average human? wouldn't you think they would disperse the oxygen supplies somewhat evenly? Dumb.
I didn't get that either. I could see the female using less O2 due to smaller size, but the other guy was about his size and probably not as fit due to age.

He may have been too excitable, they had even told him to calm down. His respiration rate was producing too much carbon dioxide, which eliminated his oxygen.
shareThat and he talked way to *beep* much using up all his Oxygen, the others pretty much kept their mouths shut, breathed slowly and stayed calm.
