Weirdest/Freakiest/Wo rst Thing That ever happened to you in SH2...

What's the worst/scariest/weirdest thing that has ever happened to yuo while you were playing Silent Hill 2?

My worst: I was walking down Dark South Vale (when you can't even see two feet in front of you!!) and there was a Mannequin and a Nurse blockign my way. I shot down the Mannequin and got one shot into the nurse with the Handgun when my gun ran out of bullets. My game was messing up so I couldn't equip the Shotgun so I eventually had about three Nurses chasing after me down the street!!

My scariest/weirdest: You know how the game regenerates the creatures of Silent Hill so more will eventually appear? I was goign down a dark street (same place, Dark S. Vale) and all of a sudden a Nurse appeared out of nowhere right next to me, like literally an inch away!! /=

So what about you guys (scariest/weirdest/worst moments)?

Scariest had to be when I was outside and it happened to be night time. I walk to towards a tree...THINKING it was a tree and it turned out to be those damn mannequin leg things. almost attacked me too but luckily I equiped James with a shot gun.

Another one happened to be this underground labyrinth thing where Pyramid head is roaming. You have to avoid him, if not he attacks. I saw him a couple of times, talk about scaring the living hell out of me.

Hahaha, that happened to me too. The part about the mannequin, I mean. When I saw one, I thought it was a bent street pole so I was standing there trying to figure out who had bent the pole (like with a car). Then I figured out it was a mannequin and shot it.

It's gotta be the mannequin that comes flying out of nowhere. Also, at the hotel, when you're completely devoid of any weapons because of the elevator. You open a door and there are 2 mannequins waiting for you.

Scariest had to be the whole nightmare/leaking hotel.
Freakiest/Weirdest was, hands down, the "Trick 'r' treat" radio show at the hospital's elevator.

Pyramid Head just randomly appearing at the top of the building and knocking you through the fence. Also trying to race to the elevator before he gets you. Playing this game with the lights off and total silence really enhanced the already creepiness of everything.

Having a stomach virus while playing also didn't help...

wow man i played silent hill 3 with a stomach virus the loading screen made me vomit..... ah good times

you will have to forgive the lack of full stops lack of proper spelling im dyslexic but not stupid

I remember the last playthrough I did of SH2. I was on the second floor of the Lakeview hotel, returning down that long hallway where you have to kill two abstract daddies, when I heard a man start sobbing in one of the rooms. I was completely scared *beep* because I had never had that happen before.
