If you were to make a film of this, who would you cast to play the characters?
My ideal cast would probably be something like this:

Daniel Craig, Michael Fassbender, Alexander Skarsgård, Josh Lucas, Henry Cavill, Patrick Wilson
MARIA/MARY
Noomi Rapace, Jessica Chastain, Bryce Dallas Howard, Marion Cotillard
ANGELA
Lyndsy Fonseca, Emmy Rossum, Rooney Mara,
EDDIE
(btw, it is REALLY hard to find... large actors in hollywood, so most of these arent actually fat, just good actors who I think could tackle the role if they managed to put on some weight)
Jake Gyllenhaal (probably too famous though), Justin Chatwin, Michael Pitt.
Eddie's role would be very hard to cast IMHO
LAURA
Willow Shields (probably a bit too old), Faith Wladyka.
Idk, I'm not too up-to-date with child actors and I only found these too with the advanced IMDB search lol.
