Clerk: My buddy says those planes don't run on gas.
Wilson: Yeah well, mine does. I just wanna get some gas...so I can fly my plane...RIGHT FOCKING NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Clerk: You don't have to yell!
Wilson: I just wanna buy 2 dollars worth of FOCKING GAS!!!! 2 on 1...2 on 1...
wilson: these are my.... neice, and nephew... they just came over to say hi
when he says 'they just came over to say hi' i just laugh out loud
denny: do you have a bottle opener?
wilson: now?
denny: no, in the house
wilson: yeah
denny: could you get it?
wilson: sure
denny: allison took it out, she's always doing that to keep from DRINKING AND DRIVING
(and then it cuts to him huffing gas, which is kinda funny)

My favorite line and favorite delivery as well in the film was, and forgive me for paraphrasing here:
Denny: I hear you got a plane in there.
Will: Yeah, it's new.
Denny: When did you get it?
Will: Not today....
when wilson get's the store clerk to sell him plane fuel even though the store isn't open yet, he lies and says he does an exhibition every Sunday for handicapped kids, when the clerk gives him the fuel and asks him where is the exhibition Wilson says "You can't come" and goes on his way.
