I haven't seen it but why is it Rated R?

I hadn't realized it was rated R...I am pretty suprised. Well, anyway..I checked and it said rated R for some sexuality. I personally think that is crasy rating for this movie! Oh well.....

The actual dvd disc says that it's not rated, but before the movie starts it shows an R rating. somebody messed up :-)

This is as retarded as giving It's Complicated the R rated.
