Beware: SPOILER!

Yes, I saw it then too. What an unexpected pleasure!

Me and a mate were aimlessly watching telly and expected this to be a bad film, but it was really very funny in an unintentional way.

What was Stephen Berkoff on? As one of the comments on this site puts is: "Berkoff's unwatchable scenery-chewing breaks new ground in the history of bad-acting". And the way that the main character is one second mourning the death of his girlfriend, and then about five minutes later seems to have totally forgotten all about it? Not to mention that the hero comes across as a total *beep* in the first place. How about the token black guy, whose sole purpose seems to be to get some racial abuse thrown at him to establish who the bad guy is? The complete absence of any sense of fellowship between the characters.... Brilliant.

This film was as if it was made by several different directors, none of whom new what the other had done in the previous scene.

And I agree, the dialogue was priceless: "This turkey's ripe". You what?

Saw the film too. What was wrong with Bruce Payne's voice? It sounded in parts as if it was dubded over by another actor. It was awful. Why did they not use Payne's own voice, what the hell would be the difference, the whole film had so many holes and low points in it anyway, what difference would it have made having one more like a Brit working as a US Detective? Definatly a switch your brain off before watching, although other than than Stephen Dorff looked cool and Hestridge tasty. It is worth a look......well probably.

I saw the movie for free on Spike, thank goodness. One thing I did't get was how the crew knew the crooked detective was behind it? They never quite explained that. Or the third body in the end, was it Alex? Was Alex Slim's girlfriend, or just a partner?

Saw most of this on Spike and its a pretty bad movie. It gives you the impression of a good movie because its shot well, not unlike Snatch or Gone in 60 Seconds. But the dialogue and acting are terrible. Payne and Berkoff are basically unwatchable. Dorff is doing his "Im too cool for everyone" schtick but that wore thin in Blade. The other people in the crew are bit players who dont have much to do with the movie.

How about this....what happens after the Armored Car goes into the harbor? The guards come out with life vests but nothing about how Dorff and his chick make the getaway. I know they show the crew working on holding their breaths before the scene, but nothing about the actual getaway. The guards pop out of the water and the next scene Dorff and the chick are in a bar gonig over how much money they got off the score.
