What happened to the pilot 'RICK' at the end?

Why was he bleeding from his forehead? Did he died after landing?

I had the same question, but I think the final scene with the injured people being tended to is supposed to imply that everyone survived.

Yeah, I figured that, too. Except for Bathroom Shaver Guy - he died, because he was the first one stung and help came too late. I guess then that means that Dr. Creepy - oops, Dr. North survives too? You'd think that HE at least would have died.

I don't think he was bleeding from his forehead. He was bleeding from his hand, and he smeared the blood there when he rubbed his forehead.

Actually he was bleeding from his forehead (or his eyes, I don't remember exactly), because this was the general symptom when somebody was bitten by those killer wasps.

Anyway that's a real good question what happened to the pilot, I think the filmmakers simply forgot to include his survival scene at the end! Not that I care a little bit about it, this movie was so really bad :-)
