Didn't see it coming!

At the end where Austin "Sold his Soul" - JR, i couldn't believe what i saw, Wrestling was a big part of me when i was younger and i was livid!! looking back now i wonder what it was like for the crowd tht actually saw it, i remember just after the match and just be4 Austin hits the Rock with the title belt, how everyone was dead silent!

Wrestle-mania 17, best one i've seen!

Finnigan...ARGH!!!!

i loved both superstars but i was wayy more of a rock fan and when i saw that i was irate and in shock that austin sided with vince, but that was such a good match and the crowd was in such shock at the austin heel turn, but it was awesome when the rock kept kiking out of everything until the end, i want that ppv on dvd, but as u see when these 2 guys work together in the ring, nothing is better because of the intensity, idk which one was better when the rock joined the corporation in survior series 98 and austin got his revenge at wrestlemania 15 or when austin joined vince at wrestlemania 17 and the rock got his revenge at survior series 01

but now i love still the rock, randy orton, and the dr. of thuganomics john cena hes the fkin man!!

Well to the originator of this thread I was sitting at ringside, and I was shocked, I even said to my friend why in the world is Austin using the Million Dollar Dream, I haven't seen him use that in years... I was like what is going on but when Vince came out I was thinking The Rock was gonna team back up with Vince, but when Austin shook hands with Vince, and they starting drinking beers, If you go back and watch it, Austin gets up on one of the Turnbuckles and gives the finger to the crowd, I was over in that area, and I remember I was so mad that I couldn't even see straight... The whole flight home I was so upset, and once again to the originator of this thread I was like you, Austin was the one wrestler who I absolutely loved and I felt betrayed too, but I got over it...

What is funny to me is that when Austin finally got the three count on The Rock. The crowed still cheered. I know he was in his home state of Texas but it's still funny to me. But after he hit The Rock with the belt. Then the crowed get silent.

You aint lying. I was kinda surprised at how well he still went over with the 3 count, but then the next night a couple of miles up the road, it was hard as hell to find an Austin fan.

I marked out when Austin won. Cheered as loud as possible, cept no one could hear me in my house
"How tall are you?"
"Sir, 5' 9. Sir"
"5' 9? I didn't know they stacked sh*t that high"

I was a huge Rock & Stone Cold fan. HUGE! I had no idea who I wanted to win and when I saw the end of the match and seeing Austin downing beers with Vince and flipping off the crowd. I was in absolute shock and hearing J.R.'s commentary made it even more huge. My sister was an enormous Rock fan, and she was crying with my little brother when Rock lost and Austin delivered those hellacious chairshots.
