Same Set for HBO's Rome....?
The apartment complex where Lygia hid is the same as Vorenus' in HBO's ROME.
It is a good story, very attractive women, possibly mactresses....
No, it's not.
Where to begin...
First off, the two sets only bear the most superficial resemblance to each other. Nothing more than what you'd expect, given that they are probably based on some of the same sources.
Also, the differences between the two sets were extremely obvious to me.
Then, there's the fact that the set for Quo Vadis? was constructed in Poland (I believe on a soundstage) sometime in 2000.
The set for Rome was constructed in Italy (I believe on a backlot) sometime in 2004.
