There was Jacob marrying a bright young virgin half his age and he's the experienced older man.....but then (typical Dina) she is the one in control, sexually as well as otherwise. I think he feels awkward and embarrassed that she is 'calling the shots.'
Dina was a sheltered virgin. After the initial contact, Dina wore her new husband OUT. It was like a light bulb went off in a previously unused portion of her head and she was now aware of the beauty and power of sex. He just couldn't keep up.
