I'm pretty sure that was him in the little clown car at the end as the puppeteer.. But he isnt listed in the great IMDb as having a part. Neither in Mr. Pryor's credits or the movie's.
Not like I liked Frank McKlusky enough to care about the correct credits and what not..but I still think that maybe Richard Pryor deserves to be listed.

I know!!! Didn't he look great for someone who has MS and was almost burned to death. Since Richard Pryor can't even get out a coherent sentence it would be hard to cast him in any role.
