I'm not sure what to think of this film....

Some jokes were hilarious, being either totally stupid and weird or being just simply comedic (such as the fat guy screaming "CHACHI!" and the scene with all the former 80's stars, and the announcer going "Now an Angry Clown and a Woman from the Crowd will join Scott Baio on stage, let's give them a big hand" and when Bayo tackled down Patrick Cranshaw. Hilarious!

While other jokes were either poorly executed or were simply not just funny. Like the intire Olympic Scene and the female character who was always wearing diffrent Celebrity Dresses. The most unfunniest thing in the film was still probably the lead actor who had too many simularities to Jim Carry (like he was copying his every movement and such).

After viewing this film, I didin't know (and still don't) what to think of this film. Is it a comedy masterpiece? or Garbage?

It’s garbage, but definitely not the worst movie ever made. It has some funny moments, but what I don't understand; who was this film intended for? Who was the target audience? It's sort of a kid’s movie, intertwined with adult situations. Pretty f'n bad.
