I think I have figured the movie out, almost...

I think there are a couple plot holes or at least some events left to one's imagination.

########## SPOILERS #########

1. The original plan was to rob the bank, or at least use this as a red herring, and let their snitch do his job and leak this to the authorities. While the authorities are distracted watching Bob....

2. Steal the real art work.

BUT A couple things throw a wrinkle in their plans...
1. While casing the casino the
twins picked up what they
were planning., as far as
the bank robbery hours.
2. The photos from the art heist
are exposed to Anne. Does Bob
ever know this? See Plot
Holes at the bottom.
3. Paulo shooting the snitch.

3. The crew met with the twins, liked their idea but let them know it would be a few days before getting back with them on whether or not they would proceed.

* In fact Bob really liked the idea. With the twins plan they can really steal the money at any time. Remember, the cops think the casino robbery is happening the night before the GP.

4. At some point Bob figured out or assumed the cat was out of the bag on the art heist. Bob and Paulo talk and change the plan to actually stealing the money from the vault. Since Bob knows Paulo is with the twins he knows that Roger was the one caught.

Plot Holes? / Thoughts
1. Bob and Paulo are really good friends. Does Paulo tell Bob about Philippa's fear of spiders?

2. We are given no indication that Bob or Paulo ever found out that Anne told Remy about the art heist. Bob, being a former junky, would know Anne couldn't keep her mouth shut since an addict will say and do anything to satisfy her addiction.

3. Did Paulo leave his apartment, to kill the snitch before noticing the art photos were discovered? If he noticed they were discovered then he would have told Bob?

4. Remember Roger told Bob, right after he won at the casino, he caught a transvestite.
