Arthur J. Walsh/Arthur Walsh

In the cast bio on the DVD of Dirt Boy, for Arthur J. Walsh, there is a reference of his "memorable film roles have been featured in Amistad and Mystic Pizza". There was an Arthur Walsh in Mystic Pizza, but he died about six years before this movie and no mention of him in Amistad. I don't understand, is this the same person?
