(spoilers) They kept this out of the news? And other absurdities....

Didn't you wonder how people could explode inside airports, etc. and apparently the media kept unaware? No cameras following the doctor and the cops. People blow up everyday - what's the problem? Her patients aren't showing up in panic. Yeah, right, they could keep that all a secret. Lady blows up on elementary school playground and nobody is demanding to know what's going on. Right.

14 bombs inside the bodies of 14 people and they acted like she was the only doctor who could get the pacemakers out. She personally had to rush to do the surgeries -- as I guess there were no other surgeons in the city!

Interesting plot, but the movie suffers from gaping plot holes and really, really bad acting.
