Who does Dong Su kill after the failed assassination attempt at his house? I thought it was Joon-Suk, but he is dressed in the white costume at the funeral? For whom was this funeral, and were they killed by Dong Su on his rampage?

The two people that Dong Su killed were a part of Joon Suk's gang. Joon Suk had no knowledge about this assassination attempt. The assassination was arranged by Doruku, Joon Suk's right-hand man. The funeral was for his father, which explains why Joon Suk said "I am an orphan, now" I hope that clears things up for you.

Yea, Dong Su retaliated and kill Doroku. The significance of this hit is that Doruku is Joon Suk's cousing. If you remember in the beginning when they go to Joon Suk's house to meet the girls of Rainbow, Doroku is introduced as the "Knife King" or something to that effect. The friendship that Joon Suk and Dong Su had was so strong that Joon Suk still wanted to look out for Joon Suk even after he killed his own cousin.
