good movie

I was totally misled by TVGuide's description of this movie. They said it could have been called "My Big Fat Italian Engagement". I thought it would be a comedy like My Big Fat Greek Wedding or Betsy's Wedding, but it is totally different. This movie is a lot more serious and realistic, which isn't a bad thing, just unexpected. Because I was waiting for the comedy to begin, I felt like they were missing a lot of good opportunities. I think the story would have worked well either way. I wasn't too crazy about the ending, but overall, this was a good movie. Recommended.
