Here's how they could have saved this movie

At the end have the nuclear plant blow up and kill a million people. That would have really been an unexpected ending to a movie that you just knew was leading to a happy ending. As it is, this was strictly by-the-numbers start to finish.

What made it even worse is all the foxes in the movie were dogs.
