I see you posted this last year. Sorry I didn't see it until now. The description of the show sounds like the "Ab Fab Moments" special. "Ab Fab Moments" is on the bonus dvd that comes with the (region one) dvd box-set of series one through three. In "Ab Fab Moments," Edina is making a documentary, and they are filming in her mother's charity shop. This is the original material in the show (about fifteen minutes of original material.) It mainly features clips of episodes from series one through three. It matches the description listed for "Absolutely Fabulous: A Life," so it may have been titled "Ab Fab Moments" only in North America.

Wow, you got my reply quickly! LOL. I did some additional internet research on "Absolutely Fabulous: A Life," and again, everything I've read matches "Ab Fab Moments." I'm convinced they are the same show. I really think this was called "Absolutely Fabulous: A Life" in the U.K., but was retitled "Ab Fab Moments" for North America. "Ab Fab Moments" used to be on VHS, but I don't know if that tape is still available for purchase anymore. I don't buy videos anymore, but if you do, you might want to check ebay. The North American (region 1) dvd box set I mentioned can be a bit pricey, but you do get every episode from series 1 through series 3. Eighteen episodes plus the bonus dvd that has "Ab Fab Moments" on it. The bonus dvd also has another special, and some other interesting Ab Fab items. www.deepdiscountdvd.com sells the box set for $59.99, and that might be the lowest price around (unless you can find one for less on ebay.) I've purchesed many dvd's from the site I mentioned.
