Does Paul Wasilewski have much screentime?

I'm a fan of this actor and haven't seen him in a large role yet.

Paul Wasilewski changed his 'stage name' to Paul Wesley.

He's credited as Paul Wesley in the Vampire Diaries (now playing on CW on Thursdays @ 8/7c) playing Stefan Salvatore.

Yes, he stars in The Vampire Diaries on the CW, and he was a main character on Wolf Lake. He also played Lex's half-brother Lucas Luthor in an early episode of Smallville, but that was just one episode.

He's also the lead role in Fallen though I haven't watched that series yet.
