Most Outrageous Moments segment

there was a segment of this show on Most Outrageous Moments where there was a woman who had a big bust and was holding a card in front of her. Ann asked her to lower the card to allow viewers to stare at her chest. That was hilarious! Does anyone know who that woman was? Someone famous?

That was from the British version. The contestant looked like a cookie cutter type you'd find on a U.S. Game show.
