How are the weakest links determined?

Just curious - in a round where all the players answer correctly, how is it possible that there is a weakest link?

Imagine this scenario: the players all answer correctly, resulting in them banking the full $1000. Only one person banks any money, and most of the players have only answered 1 question (correctly). In my view, there is no weakest link in this scenario, yet the announcer always names someone as being the weakest link.

Any clues?

its whoever answered the slowest or who hesitated

To determine the weakest link, they go by the number of questions answered incorrectly. If there is a tie, they look at who answered in the slowest time.

They see me mowin' my front lawn...
