We're far away from the end of this current century, but which current athletes would be able to be on a list of the greatest athletes of the 21st century? I think Phelps is most likely to still be on such a list. Maybe even still in top 10 because I'm not sure if his success will be surpassed. I think Jimmie Johnson will be on the list too. It'll be interesting to see if someone from tennis/golf will pass the accomplishments of Federer/Tiger. I think they can be on a top 50 list but over time they'll likely go further down. Others such as Kobe, Lebron, Brady, P. Manning and Adrian Peterson have a chance too
