Watching it from the beginning on Hulu and something really annoys me about the whole Stillson story-line. Sarah and others trust Johnny's visions, but then don't believe his feelings about Stillson? Why didn't he just tell them what he saw about the guy instead of edging around the topic and giving vague answers. He never seemed to have trouble talking about the other visions and giving specifics.

I think that's because his vision about Stillson was blocked by the flash. In other visions he is able to see the whole process leading up to the point of disaster but in case of Stillson he sees only one thing.
