Didn't she know before the golf scene ?

Yumi has several opportunities to hear Hubert is her father.
At the lawyer thru the keyhole, or when the lawyer says "be nice to your f...erm... guardian"
Or when he speaks to Miko's corpse "She's all I have of you now" , quite explicit ! and we can see she's listening.
She's not stupid, because she soon find out Hubert is a cop, so why not her father too ?.

Sometimes, she acts as she knew.
Her jokes with their noses, or when she cries on his shoulder ( Why protect a guy like that ? Maybe he isn't like that ? ) definitely a daughter / father attitude.

I think she knows but she's expecting Hubert to tell her.

What do you think about that ?
