Sequel?

Hey guys.

Im a massive fan of the film LEON.
And I came across this as it is also known as "The Professional II", and I want to know: Is this a sequel to Leon: The Professional? Or not?

Same writer, same actor..

Not a sequel. Sorry. Luc Besson and Jean Reno have worked together a number of times on unrelated projects.

I saved the best notes for you.

not a sequel, but it is like another version... It's kind of the same as how Guy Ritchie's "Snatch" is related to "Lock Stock and 2 Smokin' Barrels".. Their sequels in the eyes of the fans... but not to an actual script.

Wasabi is a wonderful little gem. I saw it again recently and was quickly reminded how much pleasure I got the first time around. It is hard to mesh action, heart and humor, but Wasabi delivers on all three counts. I recommend it.

I can imagine a fun sequel now that the delightful daughter is older. What if she were in trouble and needed Father's help? Papa would come running with the love in his heart and gun in hand. I bet Momo would help out, too.

Is not a sequel! Jean Reno's character has a different name and is alive!
Leon died in "The Professional"...

Prostitute: What the *beep* are you doing?
