No it doesn't, certainly not done by Activision anyway.
Bad graphics.
Bad voice acting.
Bad storyline.
Bad, bad, bad.
Ignoring canon DS9 continuity when the see fit, the fact that the Cardassians are able to find the man power to pilot the new ships the Kessock built for them is a joke, considering it was stated that by the end of the Dominion War 800 million Cardassian's were dead.
And the fact that this Rogue Legate could form this alliance and rebuild the Cardassian fleet in such short time after the War without Starfleet, the Klingons and the Romulans finding out about it...
Yeah, I'm so sure the Romulans and Klingons would let a people they warred against built up their fleet and become a potential threat again is unlikely, and Matan would likely have been arrested for War Crimes at the end of the Dominion War since he seems hell bent on destroying the Federation he was probably like Gul Revok,, loyal the Dominion alliance.
As I said before, this game doesn't deserve a sequal, the ship models are crap, even in 2002, PC Grpahics cards were capable of much more, modellers haven even proven this by putting out far better updated ship models to replace the awful in game models, that the so-called professional modellers made for this game.
I've already explain about the plot holes in the story, The Klingon's wouldn't have been much help in it, as it was stated as a canon fact in DS9 that after the Dominion War the Klingon Empire would need 10 years to recover from the war, leaving the Federation and the Romulan Empire to vie for control of the Alpha Quadrant.
The bad hammy voice acting from Patrick Stewart and Co, Stewart sounds like he's bored with playing Picard in all of these Star Trek games, there's no emotion to his acting, the hammed up Cardassian bad guy, especially Matan and Captain Draxon are terrible, Earl Boen is usually a good actor and a great voice actor, but in this it's as if the voice director intentionally wanted him to ham it up, the first officer is too aggressive and nasty and sounds exactly like Seska, come on Martha, it's not that difficult to do a softer, different voice, so bad.
