Rich Potential...Poor Execution

I bumped into Kymani Marley a couple of years ago in Miami and we talked briefly about this movie. He said this was a good example of how 'not' to produce a movie. They never even got the requisite endorsements from the Jamaican authorities, much less the funding necessary to get this vehicle off the ground. I had seen this movie's 'bootleg' which apparently is the only way to watch it, and thought it had good potential as a Jamaican gangster film, showing a side of Jamaican life, of which many people were unaware. Unfortunatley, most people will remain unaware because only 10 people have ever seen this film!

I guess the case for any sort of mainstream distribution is closed at this point, but I would like more folks to get to see some of my favorite parts of Miami, the armpits, like Opa Locka and Hialeah, that is.
