Upset because of retaliation??

This rang true in this movie as well as others. As a matter of fact this happens in real life. Main question I was asking thoughout this movie was ... "Really? Biggs & Wayne really thought they could just go to miami, perform a murdering spree, Rob folk of their money and felt they'd get no retaliation?" Felt it was just going to run that smoothly huh? LOL one thing I will never understand about gangsta's. Just going to rob someone or kill someones family member then act surprised that person had the Nerve & Audacity to come back and kill one of their own.
I said it from jump, they should've kill bruck shot from jump. I knew he was going to come back and kill them (or at least try). Just something I never understood about people in general. Feel they can do wrong unto others , yet feel they don't deserve it in return. I guess that's just the way it is. In a way America as a nation is like that. We'll drop bombs and practically destroy another country, killing women & babies but if they retaliate, THEY are wrong are the terrorist. It's them that have problems. Someone needs to help me out with that one.
