Any sex or cussing?

I wouldn't worry too much...there is little actual blood or gore in this movie. But nevertheless, much of the violence is either brutal or very disturbing in its context, even though much of it is offscreen or implied. It probably isn't for the excessively queasy, but the average moviegoer shouldn't have a problem with it. (I also saw A History of Violence recently, which is far more brutal and disturbing) I wouldn't take any kids to see it, but that's me.
As for sex, there is one particular scene near the end, but it's far from explicit, and more in tune with the standard 14A or R-rated fare.
