I just saw Rock in Rio tonight on channel 35 here, and they rocked. No lip synching or stuff like that, and these guys are in their middle age. They've outlived Zeppelin, itself a great band. The Beatles still rule, but Maiden, along with Zeppelin, Who, Stone, and Metallica, still rock. I hope they visit Vancouver again. Up the Irons!
shareIf you liked Rock in Rio...you'll Live After Death on DVD. This is the peak of the classic Maiden line-up (the golden years). I still like what they are doing today, but love this time in the bands history. A must see/have for true Maiden fans.

They are gonna broadcast it live on the tv and radio , SVT 2 ( P2 on radio i think) that is....It is Swedens national channel so no annoying breaks to!!!

Agreed with all points. Iron Maiden is freaking AWESOME.
One small critisism; I don't like how they re-use matirial. I suppose that after being a band for so long you ind of have to, but I still don't like it.
Oh, and I don't like Blaze but that's over and done with.

Absolutely....greatest band of all time. Just saw them at Ozzfest in Columbus the other day. Great show as always. Had to sit (and somewhat suffer) through every other band before Maiden, but it was well worth it once they started playing. Not enough people in America realize how great this band still is, otherwise they'd tour here more often. It's a shame too, considering they always seem to sell out every show. DAMN YOU AMERICAN POP CULTURE!!!! heh heh
