IFC cuts

I noticed that there was a scene cut from IFC that was in the version I originally saw. In between the scenes where the children feed their mother the ice cream and the next scene where Ollie pulls the bag off her head, I remember vividly a scene in which Susan Sarandon was breathing heavily (comically). I can't remember if there was a scene where the kids put the bag over her head, but I specifically remember the breathing scene. Does anyone's version in their personal video collection have this scene? Why would IFC cut this, claiming that all their movies are uncut? I am a little surprised and perhaps upset by this. What does everyone else think?
