dude I have to agree, this was a good movie, it seemed real to me, after all everyone wants to be a rockstar even if you suck, everyone wants to feel that way, sure this movie isnt going to win any great award, but dont you ppl get it? it wasnt trying to. If you want to see a hardcore rock and roll film go pull your head out of your butt and watch a rock doc. about some great and famous band, if you wanna laugh and watch something silly about ppl who dream of making it big but find out there are more important things then money and fame ( such as family and love and friends, and as mushy as it sounds you know its true) then you watch this movie and laugh and have fun, cuz you shouldnt take it so F-ing seriously, and by that I mean life and this movie, have we all forgoten what its like to have fun???? some ppl on here says this movie isnt funny...it reminded me of my life before I got married and had kids, back when I was in highschool 4 years ago, it scares me to think that ppl dont find the randomness and strangeness of this movie to be funny, I pity you if you dont, how sad and boring your life must be, I watched this movie first this this morning, and my day was better for it, cuz of the mood that it put me in, and that my friends was and is the point of this movie. Its a movie about a garage band for God sakes, dont try and make it something its not, take it for what it is.
It's my party, but I'm waitin' for someone to start it.
