Holographic Display

I'd be curious to know just how practical that technology is. Not that I'd want a penis-shaped computer, but the touch-holo display was pretty cool!

I saw a few years ago a company was working on a holo projection of a keyboard.. that your fingers would interface with and it would accept keystrokes like a real keyboard.

I hadn't seen the film in quite a while but in 10 years or so its pretty amazing how much that what's in the film has come to be. The idea of "cloud" computing was almost unheard of when the film came out, and how close we really are to some of the more out there elements of the emagic 2.0. Even the display which is almost more advanced but there have been advances in glass-less 3D displays, even the new Nintendo DS doesn't require glasses.
