What's up with..

Adam Garcia being cast as a 23-year-old character in the movie. He was just shy of 30 when this film came out. I mean, we all love the fountain of youth, but I'm getting mighty tired of these 30-year-olds playing people my age. Can we actually cast people who really are as young/old as their characters so that a better dose of reality is there?
