This Isn't A SyFy Channel Movie, Is It?

I saw this movie at the top of somebody's list of best SyFy Channel original movies and don't think they could come up with something this good.

i know they used to show it on the channel a lot when i was a kid. i think scifi just bought the right to release it, produce it. their hand in it is very small. kinda of like how troma would simply buy the right to release movies like trey parkers pre south park "Cannibal:the musical"
