Pizza in Australia?

According to my parents, when they finished with the dinosaur wrangling, they would head home to usually a meat and three vegetable meal. Pizza might have only been in a few Italian restaurants, but the whole mass production takeaway scale pizza industry didn't get moving until the 1970s/1980s.
