title? and DVD Easter Egg

I just watched the DVD, including the commentary by the director/writer. I really enjoyed it, especially the relationship between the 3 brothers. I may be a little thick, but I couldn't figure out why it's called "The Hard Word." Can anyone shed some light on this for me?
Also, in the commentary, the director mentioned a hidden outtake with Guy and Rachel talking through the glass in prison. I'm not very good at finding these things. Has anyone figured out how to get to it? Any help would be appreciated.

Re the Easter Egg. On the Extras menu, move to the item top right, then attempt to move to an item as if there is one above that (i.e. up arrow).

Thanks! I'll try that.

What is an 'Easter Egg'?

The Hard Word is an australian slang term. Putting the hard word on someone means intimidating them, scaring them, or makin them do something they dont want to do...like 'why dont you put the hard word on him?'

Putting the hard word on someone means intimidating them

That makes sense, thanks!
It's a long time coming but I figured someone should thank you...

Maybe I'm just showing my age, but in addition to the meanings given by Sopranosfan187, when a bloke "puts the hard the hard word on" a girl, he's asking for sex - in that inimitably charming, blue-collar, distinctly Aussie bloke way!

Hi Jen - just to confirm that the previous answers are right. It's the Australian version of 'to make someone an offer they can't refuse'.

Glad you liked my movie - Scott Roberts
