Who instead of Chris Rock

Personnaly i think the movie would have been a lot better with someone
else instead of Chris Rock. My question to you is who?
I think Colin Farrel would have done a better job then C. Rock

Cedric The Entertainer

reply

who ever started his topic is a big stupid moron. why ask who instead of chris rock??? its not gonna change anything.

reply

First of all, you can see who started the topic by looking at the name on top of the message...

And did i say i wanted a remake?? I only asked for other people's opinion and i dont know where you look when you are on imdb's messageboard, but that happens a lot ;-)

Ow and to quote one of your own topics:
"Does diane lane ever get naked in her movies or show anything cuz she got a great body does anybody know any movies??"

All this together concludes you dont have any right calling ME a "big stupid moron" just because you probably forgot to take your medicine because you where to busy jerking off to a Diane Lane flick.

reply

first of you are gayer then a bag of dicks, second i didnt make that diane lane post many people use this computer im just signed in all the time on this site so learn the facts before you start flappin your gums

reply

If you have more lame excuses; ill be waiting for them...

reply

Denzel Washington.

reply

Come on guys the ONLY person besides Chris Rock for this part is Chris Tucker. Honestly.

reply

Well thanks for your reply's, and i guess Dave Chappelle would have been interesting to see instead Chris Rock.

reply

anyone else

Simon Pegg!

reply

hahahaha nice one!!

reply

It would seem too much like Men In Black if they'd used Will Smith. Old guy recruiting a young black guy.

Everything and everyone in and about this film was serious business, except for Chris Rock. Maybe he is just a bad actor, who only can play is own neurotic self. He didn't fit in this film. That is why the question of who could do the work is very legitimate. What about Johnny Depp?

reply

Chris Rock made Bad Company a pretty good movie. The only guy I can think of that would have been good in Rock's place would be Dave Chappelle.

reply

I think he's a great choice actually he fits that kind of person they needed but if i had to choose I'de say..............................................................................................................................................Martin Lawrence

reply

What. The. Hell.

Dave Chappelle people? C'mon

Chris Rock is good in the role because he can definately do funny but he can also be serious in some parts. Can anyone picture Dave Chappelle being serious? I really don't think they could have cast anyone better than Rock for the part but for the sake of argument........

Jamie Foxx is the only other person I could picture. (Will Smith wouldn't work for the ticket scalper/chess player part, I just wouldn't buy it)

reply

Frankly I think that a sack of *beep* would have been a better choice.

How about Eddie Griffin? He's a better actor then Rock. C. Rock is one dimensional in this movie. As Michael Turner he was ok as Jake he didn't convince me. I wanted someone who was indeed street smart not helpless. At times the movie was silly. In the car chase scene it was too long and Rock acted like a kid who wanted his mommy. I believe Griffin would've been more convincing and the comedy more natural.
