does this go with b5 or crusade or does it stand alone?

just wondering where this fits in the b5 universe, ive recently completed watching b5 and crusade <---- which that one was canceled by the looks of it;
what this like a pilot movie for a show that never kicked in where CALL TO ARMS
was for crusade?

Yes, it was designed as a pilot for a series that never got picked up, probably due to poor ratings. Judging by the pilot, it was probably a wise choice. Then again, the pilot for B5 wasn't very good either, so who knows what would have happened had this gone to series.
