Music piece

In the first of the episodes with Quito Real (Ving Rhames), at the scene where Jack (Jon Seda) tells Quito that he is an FBI Agent, a musicpiece that i have practially searched for everywhere with absolute no sucess, is being played, my guess would be that it is made by David Arnold (Who also made the theme song), but i dont know for sure. If anyone knows what the artist or name of the song is, please let me know, i desperatly need the song.
