I've just watched episode 1 of series 3 and I've got to say, I miss Simon and Susan. First impressions, I don't really like Matt or Lindsay. Kurt and Brian are still brilliant. Should I percevere and watch on. I felt the same way when JP came into it, didn't like him either.

Series 3 is the best series. The first two are good, but after a while the focus on Simon becomes a bit overkill (SO neurotic!).

Exactly. I got tired of Simon quickly. He was better when he came back, though it seemed kind of pointless. I thought it was much better as an ensemble.
I thought season 3 was the best. Unfortunately Kurt and Brian moved on, and the whole show went down the tubes. I started with season 2, then went back to season 1. I don't know that I would have watched it if I started with Season 1.

i'd gotten tired of susan and simon by the time series 2 ended, same with jenny too. much preferred lindsay since she seemed to interact even better with kurt and brian but managed to also have interesting interactions with other characters too.
