Mine would be...

Carol - Just gets annoying after about 2 series

Damien - Just didn't contribute to much

Your opinions?

Anyone waiting for red dwarf movie or is that just me?

the new characters in season 4

I can't single out a particular one, but as a group they brought the show down....terribly.

True....just didnt work.If there was even a chance of a 5th series they would need Kurt and Brian to hold it together, showing them dead was just uncalled for...

Like I've said on the other thread series 4 just needed more episodes for people to get used or like. Normally it takes 5 or so episodes to get used to some characters and the series ends just when it starts getting good. Series 4 was still good but to most people it was a completly different show

It has to be Bob due to his rants and swearing. It just became more and more tedious as each series progressed.

I didn't really like any of the new characters in series 4 much.

I also hated Penny, she was so annoying.

And Matt was extremely stuck up, i thought.

Lindsay was the absolute worst character in the whole show. Susan got a bit tiresome after a while. Penny was annoying but she is supposed to be.

Bob. He was grand at the beginning but after a while he started to really annoy me.

I totally agree, i find her annoying, tries to be so nice and wise, hanging out with young boys, likes to teach them and give advice. I hate it when she complained about Jenny's having sex in her own house and told it to everyone. Why not just leave the house? I hate almost everything about her.

Bob always really pissed me off.

Same with Liz, after 2 seasons I really couldn't stand her antics.

For me it's a tie between Maggie and Susan.

If you were Simon would you really want a girlfriend and best friend who treat you like an idiot most of the time?

I really found Bob gross. so yeah for me he is the worst. Lindsay is really annoying too

I've only watched season one and part of two but so far Brian and JP are definitely the most annoying!! Brian is especially self obsessed, and doesn't give a crap about anyone else

Damien was useless. He was characterized as a bore and that's what he was. Ewan wasn't that bad really, and was nice to look at. Ben was pretty great, I thought. Far and away the best of the new S4 characters.

JP wasn't great. He wasn't bad or anything, but he seemed a little lacklustre by comparison to everyone else in S2.

There are characters who are annoying, but in a hilarious way. Penny was brilliant for that. Remember when she and Simon laid their mutual dislike aside in an attempt to take down Matt in the third series?
